01 · Starting pointThe challenge
The existing marketing stack did not give a reliable end-to-end view from advertising spend through to patient outcomes and revenue. That made it difficult to see what was genuinely profitable and where opportunities were being lost after enquiry.
02 · What changedThe approach
Modern Synergy built and managed a dedicated composite campaign, shaped treatment-specific messaging and creative, and used Swish to connect source, enquiry, booking, attendance and captured revenue wherever the underlying data was available.
03 · Measured outcomeThe result
The measured campaign generated £20,562 in tracked revenue from £2,625.65 of advertising spend. Swish recorded 190 leads, 33 bookings and 21 attended consultations during the measured period.
04 · What the data exposedThe operational learning
The connected view also surfaced conversion risks outside the ad account, including delayed response on some enquiries and inconsistent recovery after no-deposit, FTA and consultation stages. Those findings became part of the optimisation plan instead of disappearing behind a lead total.
